It has been followed to meet Indian conditions according to the properties of raw material available from different natural resources. Our binder less briquetting technology incorporates highly compact characteristics of combustibles cellulose agricultural waste material, such as saw dust, bagasse, rice husk, groundnut shells, cotton stalk, custard shell etc. It effectively converts the material into cylindrical briquettes through high heat procedure. Plant & Machinery
Usually briquetting plants / machines are based on saw dust at 7 to 10% moisture content and at 180 kg/m3 density. And the production on all other raw material is directly proportional to its bulk density. Our sound plant & machinery are determined on the basis of characteristics of the raw material being processed. We as a complete team are offering versatile, sustainable and efficient plants. Our Briquetting plants consist of following major units:
- Briquetting Unit: It mainly covers Briquetting press, which is raw type press for continuous heavy duty functions with two load wheels. One of the load wheels works as a pulley and run by the main motor by a flat belt. Also, effective oil lubrication system is there to ensure long life of press.
- Oil Lubricating System: Hydraulic oil lubrication system for forced lubrication that gives long life to Briquetting Unit.
- Screw Conveyor: For regular feeding of raw material to Briquetting Machine, with electric motor and reduction gear.
- Panel Board: Designed with controls to monitor / control the entire process of Briquetting Unit.
